[edit] Background
At an early age of 6, Aicelle Santos received abecedarian musical training at the St. Scholastica’s College, and the University of the Philippines School of Music for Piano. The early training allowed Aicelle to indulge in her original dream to become a famous young Pianist. However, a shift in focus took place as she realized she loved singing more, and would rather be a famous singer than be a known pianist. Aicelle's inspiration on the field came from Walt Disney's character Ariel from the movie Little Mermaid. The movie's theme song "Part of Your World" was Aicelle's first memorized song, which she also performed during her elementary school programs.
While still a first-year college at the University of City of Manila (also PLM), Aicelle joined ABS-CBN's Season 1 of "Star In A Million (yr. 2003)," her first take on a nationwide televised singing competition. The competition opened many doors for Aicelle. And although she sometimes struggled, she eventually found the perfect balance between going to the University and her then blossoming singing-career.
Aicelle took advantage of the little popularity "Star In A Million" gave her and showcased her well-received talents on popular and top performers' settings with an new acoustic group "Dream Sequence." Dream Sequence proved to be a success in its own right, and brought all its three members to many cities around the Philippines. The Metro’s prime stages of Bagaberde, Chef and Brewer, Phi Bar, Fiesta San Miguel in Dusit, E’s Bar in Edsa Shangri-La, and many more became the group's main performing stages. The nightly gigs believed to have been Aicelle’s training ground for good vocals and excellent stage performance.
GMA Network - In 2005, Aicelle once again decided to aim for a solo singing career, by joining the second season of the Philippine’s TV hit, singing competition, "Pinoy Pop Superstar." An eight-straight win during preliminaries put Aicelle on top of the show's history, claiming the title as the first 'Undefeated Superstar.' Singing her unforgettable versions of :
All The Man That I Need - Week 1
I Need You - Week 2
Natural Woman - Week 3
A House Is Not A Home - Week 4
Respect - Week 5
Summertime - Week 6
A Song For You - Week 7
Man In The Mirror - Week 8
Aicelle got in the finals as the favourite to win. In the season finale Aicelle Santos claimed 1st Runner-up and signed a Record Deal and an exclusive management contract under GMA Artist Centre.
An International Recognition from an International singing Competition proved Aicelle Santos vocal competence when she won Best Performance of Own Country Song representing the Philippines in Astana Music Festival in Kazakhstan. Aicelle bested 13 (Philippines excluded) countries around the world including Mexico, Peru, Finland, Romania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Tajikistan, Lithuania, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malta, and China. Her winning-piece entitled Bakit Di Subukan a Vehnee Saturno composition is a Tagalog-English song with an English title "If We Just Hold On."
Following this triumph is Aicelle’s recognition for People’s Choice Best New Female Artist in Awit Awards 2007.
Today, Aicelle is conquering the Philippine’s recording scene with her debut album Make Me Believe a 14-cut album under GMA Records. 'Ikaw Pa Rin' is her carrier hit single in the charts.

VIENNA: Iranian nuclear energy chief Ali Akbar Salehi said he had agreed new measures of cooperation with UN inspectors during talks yesterday with the director of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

The IAEA did not comment immediately on the deal which coincides with a diplomatic thaw between Iran and world powers, signaled by a plan for talks on October 1, and which was prompted by rising concern about Iran's drive for nuclear capability.

Salehi declined to say what the new cooperation entailed but said it would not cover the IAEA's probe into intelligence reports suggesting Iran covertly researched nuclear weapon designs. Iran has said the reports are fabricated and the issue is closed.

Last month, Iran agreed to longstanding IAEA demands for tighter surveillance of its rapidly expanding Natanz uranium enrichment plant and restored some access to a heavy-water reactor of proliferation concern.

But the IAEA has called for more far-reaching transparency from Iran to defuse mistrust around its nuclear ambitions, including snap inspections ranging beyond Teheran's declared nuclear sites to verify that no secret work devoted to "weaponizing" nuclear know-how is going on.
Iran has said it is enriching uranium only for electricity, not to perfect means to fuel atom bombs as the West fears.

Iran has agreed to wide-ranging talks with six world powers, likely to be held in Turkey. It has ruled out discussing its own nuclear activities, but Salehi said on Monday the powers could still raise any question they wished at the talks.

I was
RuneScape Gold
,in my mid-20s (about 10 years ago) when this occurred. A friend had a small group of us over and we were drinking and carrying on? and by night? we were all feeling pretty good. At around 3 in the morning? we had the brilliant idea of going outside and wandering the RuneScape Gold neighborhood.
For starters?
archlord gold
, the neighborhood was in a not-so-great part of town? pretty well-known as a haven for drug users of all kinds? mostly crackheads? as well as gangsters and general thugs. While I didn’t live too far away? the difference was night and day. I knew better than to wander this area? especially at night? but off we went. To add to that? we were pretty tipsy? talking quite loudly for the hour? I’m sure? just generally being archlord gold disorderly.
We started
last chaos gold
,crossing a small park? when we were approached very suddenly by a short? grinning black man. He appeared to be in his late 40s? possibly early 50s? with a thin afro? some of it gray. His smile was absolutely beaming and it made me smile hugely? too. It was the most infectious smile I’d ever seen. In fact? this man had the most infectious spirit I’d ever encountered. I felt joyous beyond belief. Immediately we greeted and hugged each other. We called one another by name without introducing ourselves? and although I can very clearly remember him calling me by my last chaos gold name.
I couldn’t
wow cd keys
,remember his name even as soon as the next day. But at that moment? we absolutely knew each other? absolutely loved each other? like no two people had loved each other before. The only other words we spoke to one another were? "I know you." And we said this almost in synch? as the hugeness of that thought just occurred to both of us. Our souls were absolutely intimate. The moment lasted about 30 seconds. My friends merely watched with astonishment because something was just generally so bizarre about that wow cd keys moment.
Then

,the man moved on around us? and I didn’t watch him go? but could see him leaving out of the periphery of my vision. I have no idea why that little detail strikes me as being so important? to this day? but it does. I’m sure I smiled on for another good minute? just being extremely happy. I was absolutely? positively? 100% no longer drunk from that moment on. The episode? the "meeting?" was not the result of being drunk? but it sure ended it.I don’t know who that man was. I’d never met him in my life. I’m quite sure if you asked him? he’d say the same thing about me today. I don’t know why I know maple story power leveling that.
What had been
dog carriers
,so beautiful that night the next day scared the hell out of me. I couldn’t understand what had happened. I remembered vividly what had happened? but it made no sense to me. Likewise? my friends all contend it’s the strangest thing any of them ever experienced. They all felt something "heavy" occurring as the two of us met. They somehow knew that we didn’t actually know each other? despite our reaction to one another.Something purely spiritual happened that night? I’m quite sure of it. I’ll never forget dog carriers it.
