pamantasan Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the pamantasan platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the pamantasan platform — including the website, mobile browser version, or dedicated app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pamantasan.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Use of the pamantasan platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. pamantasan reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
You must also confirm that:
- Online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using this platform is prohibited.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with any gaming operator.
pamantasan does not knowingly permit minors to register or access the platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and relevant funds may be retained pending investigation.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full features of pamantasan, you must register a single personal account. You may not hold more than one account. Each account must be registered with accurate personal information — including your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account suspension.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. pamantasan will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. pamantasan is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials, except where such losses result directly from a platform security failure on our part.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using the pamantasan platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully and responsibly. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use any automated system (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity.
- Sharing your account access with any other person.
- Circumventing any security or access control measures implemented by pamantasan.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate legal authorities. pamantasan monitors usage patterns and reserves the right to investigate accounts where irregular activity is detected.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All account balances and transactions on pamantasan are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits are credited to your account in ₱, and all bets, game stakes, and withdrawals are denominated in ₱. There is no currency conversion applied within the platform.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you. pamantasan does not accept deposits made from joint accounts, business accounts, or third-party payment sources unless the source is verified and approved. Deposits from credit cards may be restricted depending on the payment channel selected.
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment channel. pamantasan reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Bonuses or promotional credits, if offered, are subject to their own separate terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. pamantasan reserves the right to withhold withdrawals where bonus conditions have not been met or where fraud is suspected.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
pamantasan provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from temporary downtime, technical faults, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network issues, or third-party service failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pamantasan's liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pamantasan is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
All content on the pamantasan platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, game graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of pamantasan or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. pamantasan is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website or service. Accessing third-party content is entirely at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
pamantasan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:
- A user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected.
- A user has self-excluded or requested closure under our Responsible Gaming policy.
- Regulatory requirements or a court order necessitate the action.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found, the remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending bets or transactions at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard platform rules before the account is finalised.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of pamantasan that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
pamantasan may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
